Forms, Fees, Holds & Refunds

Forms:

The three forms below must be completed and returned before access to Blayney Ranch will be authorized.

Fees:

  • All location fees must be paid in full before access to Blayney Ranch will be authorized AND MUST be received no less than 48-hours prior to the requested access time.
  • Fees are based on a 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 midnight and ending at 11:59 pm. of the same day.
  • Fees will not be prorated for access periods less than 24-hours in length.
  • Any people or property (including personal vehicles or rental equipment) remaining on Blayney Ranch after 11:59 pm. of the last paid filming day, will be subject to an additional day's fee.
  • A daily Site Rep. fee will be assessed in addition to the location fee.

Payment Types:

  • Payment may be in the form of a personal or business check if received at least 7 days prior to the first requested access date.
  • Payment MUST be either a money order, cashier's check or cash if received less than 7 days prior to the first requested access date.

Hard Hold Dates:

  • 50% of the total estimated location fee must be paid before any specific dates will be placed on hold.

Refund Policy:

  • Location and Hold fees will be refunded at 90% when cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to the first scheduled access date.
  • Location and Hold fees will be refunded at 50% for cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled access date.
  • There will be NO REFUND of any fees when cancellations are made 48-hours or less beore the first scheduled access date and time.
  • Productions that cancel due to adverse weather conditions will be allowed to reschedule once without any additional fee. The rescheduled day must be within 7 days of the original first access date. Any subsequent cancellations (including ones due to weather) will cause the forefiture of all location, hold and site rep fees.
